MELINDA SULLIVAN, "Righty"
Best known from FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance, Melinda Sullivan has a diverse career in dance, television, and theatre. She was the recipient of the 2012 Capezio ACE Award and she was named among the “25 to Watch” in Dance magazine. TV/ Film credits include Glee, As the World Turns, 90210, The Goldbergs, Dancing with the Stars, and La La Land.
Melinda has also studied elements of puppetry rooted in the theatrical modalities of Tadashi Suzuki at the Banff Puppet Theatre Intensive, led by the Canadian Academy of Mask and Puppetry (CAMP) in association with the Old Trout Puppet Workshop. In addition, she continues to teach, perform, and choreograph worldwide at tap festivals and universities.
AL CORONEL, "Dad"
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Al Coronel currently resides in his hometown. As a bilingual actor and military veteran, Al continues to support vets through the Veterans in Film and Television program. He is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Jaymee & Mia.
BAILEY BUCHER, "Daughter"
Bailey Bucher began her acting career at the age of four. She credits her team, led by Julie Stevens of Double19Productions, for keeping her working happily and steadily ever since. Bailey has appeared in a number of commercials, through which she has had the opportunity to work with the great Francis Ford Coppola, and has been a part of several amazing short films, including The Grape Story and Grief.
LOUISA ABERNATHY, "Homeless Woman"
Hailing from St. Louis, MO, Louisa Abernathy majored in theatre at Webster University and then embarked on a fulfilling acting career. Some TV credits include the ABC Family series Stitchers, Friends and Seinfeld, and HBO’s Insecure. She has worked in feature films as well, appearing alongside James Earl Jones in Gabriel’s Fire, and Jennifer Lopez in Enough. She also has played roles in the Amazon series Hand of God, Netflix’s Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, and Walk the Prank, to name a few.
NANCY BERGGREN, "Elderly Wife"
Nancy Berggren’s recent television credits include roles in FX’s Baskets, TV Land’s Hot in Cleveland, Comedy Central’s Tosh.0 and Carpool Karaoke, withfilm credits including the shorts Posey and Outpost. Nancy recently appeared opposite Placido Domingo in the Verdi opera, The Two Foscari, and has also appeared on stage as Edith in On Golden Pond at Repertory East, Miss Wells in The Dinosaur Within at the Boston Court and Frau Schneider in Cabaret at The Center for the Performing Arts in Valencia. In addition to her acting career, Nancy is a published author, an International speaker, an Ordained Minister and a proud grandmother of nineteen.
KEN MURPHY, "Elderly Husband"
After retiring from his “civilian job” in 2002, Ken Murphy decided to pursue his passion for acting. He started out as a background performer, and has appeared in both films and TV, including roles in Disney’s Princess Diaries 2, HBO’s Hung and CBS’ Criminals Minds.
JACKIE O'BRIEN, "Career Waitress"
Jackie O’Brien attended Marymount College in New York as a drama major. She further studied acting with Milton Katelas & Jeffrey Tambor in Los Angeles and has appeared in such films as, Anchorman, Pretty Woman, Heartbreakers, What’s Love Got to Do with It. Her TV work includes The Young and the Restless, ER, and the sit-coms, Raising Hope and Outsourced.
RUSSELL NAUMAN, "Lefty"
Russell Nauman first took an interest in performing as a sophomore in high school. He trained as a puppeteer under Jane Henson and later with Sesame Street Muppeteer Michael Earl. His puppetry work has been seen on Comedy Central, Funny or Die, and in numerous commercials, music videos, and films.
DANIEL BURGESS, "Laundromat Owner"
Born in Milwaukee, WI, Daniel Burgess was adopted at the age of two by Jack Burgess, a refrigeration serviceman and Dianne Burgess, a homemaker. He grew up in Tucson, AZ with three brothers. Before acting, Daniel had a varied career, including working with multi-handicapped children, and in the construction and hospitality industries.
